1. General information
The competition is organised by PARAX GmbH, Bockeldamm 19, 59199 Bönen, Germany, and is announced on social media platforms as feed post (“contribution”). Social media platforms include in particular the online services of Facebook and Instagram. PARAX GmbH is free to announce the competition in other media forms. The competition ends at the time defined in the entry. Changes to the competition will be announced in the same media in which the entry was published. Legal action is excluded.

2. Conditions of participation
The minimum age for participation is 18 years. The competition is open to all persons worldwide. Participation is possible by fulfilling all the requirements stated in the entry form. Employees of PARAX GmbH are not allowed to participate.

3. Prize
The material prizes mentioned in the entry can be won, whereby a material prize can also consist of a voucher of value or a gift certificate for products. Winners will be selected at random after the end of the competition and, unless otherwise specified, will be notified by direct message or e-mail on the same social media platform through which they entered. Entitlement to the notified prize shall arise after the respective winner has responded in the form of a reply in the same way in which the prize notification was received. If the prize notification was made on a social media platform, a reply from the winner must be sent within 7 weekdays as a direct message to the respective profile of PARAX GmbH (Facebook: paraxgermany / Instagram: @parax_germany). After this period PARAX GmbH can randomly select a new winner. Winnings will be sent to the winners by post. The cash payment of prizes is excluded. There are no claims to specific characteristics of prizes which cannot be deduced from the immediate wording of the competition.

4. Exclusion of participation
Any user who attempts to falsify the result by technological means or in any other way will be disqualified immediately. Comments or messages that violate the guidelines of the social media platforms used will be removed without notice once they are known. Affected participants are thus excluded from the competition. If the entry of an already determined winner is thus removed, this entry is excluded from the competition and a new winner is determined at random.

5. Reservation of right of modification
PARAX GmbH reserves the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue the competition at any time without giving reasons and without announcing one or more winners. In this case (before the regular end of the competition) no one will receive a prize.

6. Legal regulations
The competition is not directly related to the social media platforms on which it is run and is therefore not sponsored or supported by them. The operators of the social media platforms, in particular Facebook and Instagram, are not available as contacts for the respective competition. By participating in the competition, the participants accept the General Terms and Conditions and the provisions on data protection of PARAX GmbH. The participants of the competition also agree that by participating in the competition, only their personal data will be used by PARAX GmbH for the purpose of carrying out the competition. The winners of the competition also agree that their personal data will be stored and processed for advertising purposes and for sending offers and information. Consent to the storage and processing of personal data can be revoked at any time by e-mail to info@parax.de. Comments on social media platforms will remain and will continue to be publicly accessible until they are deleted by the person making the comment.
