Shipping policy

The environment is very close to our hearts. At PARAX, we always try to find solutions and make decisions that take the environment into account. For example, we do not use plastic in our packaging and produce everything regionally or in-house.

Did you know that returns cause 238,000 tons of CO2 every day? We think that's way too much! That's why we want to significantly reduce the number of returns. We therefore ask you to find out exactly which wall mount is the right one for you before you buy. If you are unsure, we will be happy to advise you. If you have unexpected problems with the mounting, your wall or the bracket, please contact us. Maybe we can find a solution together before you have to return the mount. If you still want to return your order, please let us know so we can send you a return form. In this case you have to pay the shipping costs.

Shipping and Delivery Times

We ship exclusively with DHL-Go-Green. Your tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail during the order processing. If you have any questions about the whereabouts of your shipment, you can reach us at any time via Mail or WhatsApp.

Christmas

Do you want your delivery to arrive by Christmas? For orders placed by the times listed below, shipments are usually delivered by 23 December:

• Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria: Orders up to and including 19.12.23
• Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Switzerland Czech Republic: Orders up to and including 17.12.23
• Rest of Europe: Orders up to and including 14.12.23
• Outside Europe: Orders up to and including 28/11/2023

How the return works

You can return your products in their original condition within 14 days. When returning the products, they must be in good and undamaged condition for the return to be approved. This also means that the mount has not been screwed on yet. The product must be well packed. Make sure the wood and metal are individually wrapped and well protected from scratches. Most importantly, the screws should not be loose in the packaging.

Write a short e-mail to info@parax.de to announce your return. We will then send you a return form by e-mail. Fill out the return form and enclose it in the package. You are responsible for the shipping costs.
As soon as we receive your package, we will check the goods. If the items are undamaged, we will refund you the corresponding amount.

Exchange

You decided to use a different mount after all? To get the new wall mount in your hands faster, please reorder the desired mount via parax.de and send us the mount you want to return as described above. We will of course refund you the amount after receiving the goods.

Write a short email to info@parax.de to announce your return. We will then send you a return form by e-mail. Fill out the return form and enclose it to the package. You are responsible for the shipping costs.
