Can I exchange my order after Christmas?
For all products ordered four weeks before Christmas, an extended right of exchange applies until 31.01.2022. Please send us a message in advance via our contact form. You will then receive all the information you need for the return shipment. You must pay the costs for the return shipment yourself. We do not provide a return slip.
By when do I have to order so that the package arrives before Christmas Eve?
Deliveries before Christmas are only possible within Germany via DHL*. Orders until Monday, 20 December, 10 am will still be handed over to DHL in time. 🎅
If you are looking for a last-minute gift, why not opt for our Gift Voucher. 😏

For all other countries, the following dates apply according to DHL:
– Neighboring countries (except France)*: 15.12.
(Switzerland with Service Premium: 12/20)
– France, Italy: 12/14
– Other European countries: 12/10 (with Service Premium:
14.12., no Service Premium available in the UK)
– Outside Europe: 30.11. (with Service Premium: 07.12.)
What if it’s my turn later?
Delivery until 24 December can then no longer be guaranteed by DHL. The risky ones among you can still try, because DHL usually has a delivery time of 2-3 working days within Germany.
All orders received by 10 a.m. on Dec. 23 will be shipped by us on the same day.

Who and what is PARAX?
PARAX is a trademark of PARAX UG (limited liability) based in Bönen. Behind the company are the two founders and owners Fridolin Förster and Torben Siegert. Together they develop high quality and functional wall mounts for your bike. -> Experience more in our magazine
Where does the name PARAX come from?
The name originated from the shape of our first bicycle wall mount. It forms a parallelogram when viewed from the right perspective. The parallelogram then became PARAX. Just like the parallelogram, PARAX stands for clear geometric shape and minimalist design.
How did we get from the idea to the first product ?
After a long development period we decided to launch the D-Rack on the Crowdfunding platform Kickstarter. Here buyers have the possibility to buy a product before the actual production to enable the realization and financing of the first small series. More about Kickstarter can be found in our Magazin

Is it possible replace the wooden panel of the D-RACK?
Yes, the wooden panel is only “pressed in” and can be both retrofitted and replaced with a little force.
Is the edge protection interchangeable?
To protect your frame from scratches as good as possible, the edge protection is firmly glued in. Therefore an exchange is not possible.
Do I need size M or L for my bike?
Whether you need M or L depends on your desired product. For the S-RACK you will need M for a handlebar width of up to 50 cm. For over 50 cm (up to 70 cm) you should use size L. The D-RACK size M is suitable for a handlebar width of up to 52 cm and size L up to 66 cm. The L-RACK is only available in one size and carries bicycles up to a handlebar width of 62cm.
Do I have to fix my front wheel?
If you want your bike to hang straight and the handlebars not crooked, you should definitely fix your front wheel. If you don’t fix it, your front wheel will probably keep turning. With the leather band you can protect the wall from dirt and streaks. We also think that it looks great too! 🙂

How can I pay for my products in your shop?
We offer you the following payment options:

What does shipping cost?
Domestic shipping is free of charge for orders over 100€. Everything below that will be charged with a fair 4,90€ within Germany. The shipping costs for countries within the EU and for third countries are listed in our shipping table.
May I return my goods?
You can return your products in their original condition. When returning the products must be in an undamaged condition for a full refund. The product must be well packed. Especially if the product contains wood, you must make sure that it is sufficiently protected.
How do you handle returns?
If a product is unexpectedly not what you want, you can return it to us within 14 days. Please send us a message via our contact form. At the moment we do not offer free return shipping.
