Pealock is a smart lock for your sports equipment. It is multifunctional and easy to carry. It can easily be packed into the pockets of your cycling jersey or ski jacket to have it within reach at all times. Thanks to its compact design it’s ideal for bicycles, skis or even strollers.
SMART SECURITY
The PEALOCK 2 is a smart lock that is equipped with many useful technical tools: motion detector, GPS tracker, acoustic alarm and mechanical locking mechanism.
This combination of smart advances ensures that an alarm goes off as soon as the secured equipment is moved. This attracts the attention of people in the surrounding vicinity and deters thiefs. At the same time, you will receive an alarm message on your mobile phone. In addition, the GPS position can be displayed on a digital map at any time.
LOCATION ALWAYS IN VIEW
The GPS module integrated in the smart lock sends the exact geographical position of the secured equipment to your mobile phone. All kinds of alerts will be displayed through the app. In case you are outside the acoustic range of the alarm, in a restaurant for example, you will also be notified that way. Our SIM card provides data transmissions free of charge for 1 month, after that period it needs to be reactivated for €19 per year.
HARD TO CRACK
The Pealock smart lock is deceptive. The locking strap cannot be cut when closed thanks to integrated steel cables. There is a signal line connected to the alarm module manufactured into the strap aswell. If the strap is attempted to be cut, the alarm goes off immediately and you will be notified through your phone. The hardened plastic box can even withstand hammer blows.
NFC CARD INSTEAD OF KEY
The smart lock comes with an NFC card for locking and unlocking. Optionally, you can also use the app or additional NFC cards, NFC wristbands or NFC keychains for locking/unlocking, which are available in our shop. You can equip your family members with electronic NFC keys too.
OVERVIEW WITH THE APP
The battery charge level, the GSM and GPS signal strengths are displayed at all times. There are sophisticated settings for the alarm function: the alarm can be delayed or even deactivated if your equipment is tripped over or moved by accident. If the secured equipment is not moved after the “incident”, the alarm turns off automatically after five seconds. No matter if slight breeze or rough handling, you can decide at what point you would like to be notified.

Pealock Saddle Bag
A saddle bag is ideal for stowing the Pealock while riding. There is also room for other equipment. The inner mesh pocket is suitable for storing cash or small items. The attachment under the bike seat is secured with three velcro straps.
Reflective elements on the sides increase visibility in low light conditions. The bag is made of a hard-wearing material that ensures a long service life. Thanks to the special surface treatment and waterproof zips, even rainy weather will not harm the Pealock saddle bag.

The Pealock can be locked and unlocked via the smart app or NFC accessories. For short distances, the lock communicates via Bluetooth. As soon as you move away from the lock, it automatically switches to a data plan. The SIM card is pre-installed on the lock at the factory.
The GPS is necessary to secure the bike against theft. It also helps to track the location in case the thief takes off with your secured sports equipment!
Pealock has an automatic unlocking function when the battery is very low. In practice, this means that when the battery level is 20 %, the user is warned that the battery is almost discharged and the lock will be unlocked soon. At a battery level of 10 %, the owner is again alerted to the very low battery capacity and the lock is unlocked.
In most countries (where you have a mobile phone signal) Pealock works as intended. If Pealock loses its signal abroad, simply remove the SIM card and reinsert it into the lock. It reads the information about the foreign signal provider and works reliably.
The strap is 35 cm long. The length can be adjusted with the help of the buckle. Your equipment can be attached to a railing or stand. Two bikes can also be connected to each other.
Yes, a SIM card is included in the package. To be able to use the GPS and receive notifications it is important to pay for the dataplan within the Pealock app. The first 6 months are free of charge.
Yes. The Pealock can be returned within 14 days without giving any reason. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at support@parax.de and we will send you a return form.
