Shipping policy
The environment is very close to our hearts. At PARAX, we always try to find solutions and make decisions that take the environment into account. For example, we do not use plastic in our packaging and produce everything regionally or in-house.
Did you know that returns cause 238,000 tonnes of CO2 every day? We think that is far too much! That is why we want to significantly reduce our return rate. So please find out exactly which wall mount is right for you before you buy. If you are unsure, we will be happy to advise you. If you run into unexpected problems with the installation, your wall or the mount, feel free to contact us at any time. Maybe we can find a solution together before you have to return the mount. If you still want to return your order, just let us know so we can send you a return form. In this case, you bear the shipping costs.
Shipping costs & delivery times
We ship exclusively with DHL GoGreen. You will receive your tracking number by email while your order is being processed. If you have any questions about your shipment, you can reach us at any time by email or WhatsApp.

The cut-off dates are based on the DHL Christmas 2026 posting deadlines plus our processing time of 1–2 working days. We ship to the USA and Switzerland with DHL Premium and to all other countries with DHL Economy; its transit time is 2–3 days longer, so the cut-off dates there are 3 working days earlier. All dates come without a delivery guarantee.
How returns work
You can return your products in their original condition within 14 days. The products must be in good, undamaged condition for the return to be approved. This also means that the mount must not have been screwed to the wall yet. The product must be well packaged. Make sure that wood and metal are packed separately and well protected against scratches. Above all, the screws should not be loose in the packaging.
Send a short email to info@parax.de to announce your return. You will then receive a return form from us by email. Fill in the return form and enclose it with the parcel. You bear the shipping costs.
As soon as we have received your parcel, we will check the goods. If the items are undamaged, we will refund the corresponding amount to you.
Exchange
Changed your mind and want a different mount? To get your new wall mount into your hands faster, please order the mount you want again on parax.de and send us the mount you want to return as described above. Of course, we will refund the amount once we have received the goods.
